Terms and Conditions :

  1. The society will ensure the protection and security of all shareholders' money.
  2. The society may spend 10% of the capital as a service charge for collecting money from all shareholders.
  3. 1% of the capital will be spent on office administrative work.
  4. The society may invest money received from shareholders in short-term and long-term business activities.
  5. Since the society will conduct all business activities for lifelong income of shareholders, both profit and loss shall be borne by the shareholders.
  6. The society will take decisions after discussing with all shareholders regarding any business activity.
  7. An investor representative council will be formed with interested members (minimum 10 persons) from among primary investors.
  8. The society will have a 20-member entrepreneur representative council. A 10-member executive council will be formed from the entrepreneur representative council; this executive council will manage all activities of the society. In any urgent need, the executive council may consult with the entrepreneur representative and investor representative councils and make decisions.
  9. Every share of this society is transferable, exchangeable and saleable.
  10. Suitable and qualified candidates from primary member and investor representatives will get priority for recruitment in society business activities.
  11. The society will distribute dividends among shareholders at regular intervals after discussion between both councils considering financial condition.
  12. In any situation, decisions will be taken based on majority opinion among primary member and investor representative members.
  13. If any person (other than himself) can collect ten shareholders, he will be considered as a group leader.
  14. The primary member representative council may change or add any clause of these terms in consultation with the investor representative council.
